Week 1 Check-in

The scale was so kind to me today.  Drum roll please...................................................................

My first goal is to loss 60 pounds by my birthday which is December 5th.  I will complete this and this will bring me to 299 hopefully.  Keep your fingers cross :-D

I have tried many diets from Jenny Craig, weight watchers, etc.  What I found that works for me is keeping my calories under 1300 per day and eat 6 small meals and not eat past 8 pm.  Also I have started walking on my lunch break and exercising 1 hour at night.  Plus I am taking my multivitamin dietary supplement everyday.  Drinking at least 24 oz. of water a day (really hard since I like coffee and soda LOL).  I am going to try and lose 50 pounds every 3 months but lets just stick with my December goal. LOL

I have brought two exercise tapes, Julian Yoga and Taebo cardio explosion.  I almost fainted with Taebo cardio work out.

Today I will start taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work.  Big step for me since I work on the 3rd floor.  Plus I am going to park far from the entrance when I am shopping or at work.

Same outfit from last week no change in how  I look but  just took a picture anyways. :)
