Long time

So I haven't posted in awhile and I am on scale strike.  But still losing.  Posting a updated picture of my weight loss. I will post some updates in February and post more pictures.

Week 10 and vacation time

Starting weight           359.4 Week 9 ck-in             329.6 Week 10 ck-in           327.8 Total loss in 7 days:     1.8 Clothes size                  24 1st goal: Clothes size  22 Weight          299 (est. date end of December) Had a great birthday week.  Pigged out for the weekend and on my Birthday.  Got on the scale Monday 12/5 and weighted 335 and then by Thursday was 322 then Saturday 327 then Sunday 327.8 but I would rather say 322 is the number.  My body has been varying in weight for past month or so.  But I am happy with a loss.  I am going to post the highest weight so this week hoping it is just a lot of water weight that is holding at 327.8.

Week 5: Journey to somewhere!!!!

Week 4 ck-in             339.9 Week 5 ck-in             338.6 Total loss in 7 days:     1.3 Clothes size                  26 1st goal: Clothes size  22 Weight          299 (est. date end of December) Just trucking along and working hard to get my weight in control.  I still have a goals and trying to stick to them!  I change my eating habits drastically and I do not purchase processed food for me or the kids.  I work out 6 days a week and loving it.   My clothes still feel a little snug but my favorite pants are sagging and I need to sew them back to life lol.  I get a lot of people who are negative forces but they are just miserable in their own life and can't stand someone is doing something with their life. Week 3 weight-in

Week 2 ck-in             348.1 Week 3 ck-in             346.6 Total loss in 7 days:     1.5 Clothes size                  28 1st goal: Clothes size  22 Weight          299 (est. date end of December) I didn't do well this week but I am satisfied with a loss.  I was watching the scale everyday and at one point lost 15 pounds but the final results were different so this time I am going to try only once a week.  Also I have increased my workout efforts I'm doing 20 minutes yoga in the morning and 15 minutes walk at lunch and then 1 hour at night.  I have changed fitness app's on my phone and now I use Endomondo Sports Tracker.  I am limited on my workouts because I have 3 small kids but I make due.   In addition, I have been having problems with getting regular bowel movements which would help with weight...

Week 2 check-in

Week 1 ck-in             353.2 Week 2 ck-in             348.1 Total loss in 7 days:     5.1 Clothes size        28 1st goal: Clothes size  22 Weight          299 (est. date end of December) Well Well Well!!! I made it to my second week about to be three.  I have learned that this is a slow process and in order to keep the weight off I need to take it slow.  My food bill has increased due to healthy food choices and their is no coupon for apples LOL. I am still exercising 7 days a week and walking every lunch break and eat 1200 calories a day.  I have not notice any changes in my body but I do feel different.  I did not take any pictures I think I am going to wait till end of the month weigh-in.

Week 1 Check-in

The scale was so kind to me today.  Drum roll please................................................................... Starting weight     359.4 Week 1 ck-in      353.2 Total loss in 7 days:  6.2 Clothes size        28 1st goal Clothes size  22 Weight          299 My first goal is to loss 60 pounds by my birthday which is December 5th.  I will complete this and this will bring me to 299 hopefully.  Keep your fingers cross :-D I have tried many diets from Jenny Craig, weight watchers, etc.  What I found that works for me is keeping my calories under 1300 per day and eat 6 small meals and not eat past 8 pm.  Also I have started walking on my lunch break and exercising 1 hour at night.  Plus I am taking my multivitamin dietary supplement everyday.  Drinking at least 24 oz. of water a day (really hard since I like coffee and soda LOL).  I am going...

The endless Journey!!!

I sitting looking at the Biggest Loser Series and I said to myself this could be me losing that much weight.  I am so ready to shed the fat girl body.  I have started walking on my lunch break and after work.  I also changed my food from junk to healthy.  But healthy is not CHEAP!!! I weighted myself on October 5th and it was....................... 359 .  I will weight my self on Wednesday mornings.  This is going to be a battle.  My first goal is to get under 300 by my birthday which is December 5, let the games begin. I am going to try and eat less and exercise 6 days a week and we see how this goes. LOL Picture me at work on 10/5/2011 Weighted in 359 Me trying to look grown and sexy LOL
