Weight Lost Goals


  • Participate in a 5k before 2012 Turkey Trot 2011 11/24/11
  • Weight under 300 by 2012
  • Jog/Run 3.15 miles non-stop
  • Do 50 burpee's
  • play one full set of tennis
  • Weight under 250 by May 2012
  • Jog/Run 10k by end of 2012
  • Learn to sew
  • get a tattoo 
  • Hike the great wall of china
  • do 10 small hikes before the great wall of china
  • swim 10 laps in a pool

I guess I will add as time goes on but I need to accomplish a lot.  I have been trapped by my size to0 long and it is time to release the inner "FIT" me.
