Participate in a 5k before 2012Turkey Trot 2011 11/24/11- Weight under 300 by 2012
- Jog/Run 3.15 miles non-stop
- Do 50 burpee's
- play one full set of tennis
- Weight under 250 by May 2012
- Jog/Run 10k by end of 2012
- Learn to sew
- get a tattoo
- Hike the great wall of china
- do 10 small hikes before the great wall of china
- swim 10 laps in a pool
I guess I will add as time goes on but I need to accomplish a lot. I have been trapped by my size to0 long and it is time to release the inner "FIT" me.
